摘　　要：分析了目前临床使用的压平眼压计对于角膜压平面积测量方法的优缺点,提出一种使用全反射圆台棱镜准确测量角膜压平面积的方法,该方法通过利用平行光垂直棱镜上底面照射,在底面与侧壁发生全反射后籍由接受到的光通量大小准确测定角膜的压平面积。This article analyses the measurement technology of the applanation area of the cornea used in current applanation tonometer and proposed a new method to measure the applanation area of the cornea accurately by using a total internal reflection cone prism. This method uses the collimated light to irradiate the bottom surface of the cone prism vertically. When total reflection happens at the bottom surface and on the side wall, we can then measure the flux to determine the applanation area of the cornea.
