摘　　要：基于中等城市老城区交通拥堵的现状,对徐州市老城区目前的交通特征与存在的问题进行了分析,针对老城区交通拥堵原因,从优化城市规划,提高公共交通服务水平,改善路网系统与过境交通,发展慢行交通与行车配套设施等方面提出了解决老城区交通拥堵的措施.Based on current situation of traffic jam in old urban district of medium-sized cities,this paper studies the causes of traffic jam through analyzing traffic characteristics and problems in old urban district of Xuzhou City,and puts forward countermeasures from aspects of optimizing urban planning,improving service level of public transportation,perfecting road network system and through traffic,and developing slow traffic and traffic facilities.
