摘 要:根据摩擦自锁原理,设计了多回转阀门执行器的逆止机构,在动力正向输入时,能实现双向传递扭矩及运动;在动力反向输入时,能实现运动的双向逆止。逆止机构不仅可以完成主动轴和从动轴的精确定位、转矩的传递和切断,还可以作为制动机构单独使用。与反传动双向逆止器相比较,该逆止机构结构简单,操作方便快捷,易于生产,便于装配和更换,可大大降低制造成本。According to friction self-locking theory, the roller brake of the automatic multi valve electric actuator is designed, which can achieve double-action transmitting twisting on the positive drive moment and anti-transmission double brake on the reverse drive moment. The device can accomplish accurate positioning, driving torque and cutting off torque between driving shaft and driven shaft ,and can be exclusively used as pre- vent brake mechanism. Compared with the anti-transmission double way brake, the roller brake is simple in structure design, rapid and convenient operation, convenient manufacture, and easy assembly and replacement of worn parts, greatly reduces the manufacturing cost.
