摘　　要：楚汉战争结束,刘邦成为真正意义上的皇帝,可是汉初功臣们并没有意识到这种变化,叔孙通适时提出制定朝礼,提出了"古礼与秦仪杂就之"的原则,因经典缺失给继承古礼带来了困难,叔孙通通过征招保留周礼的鲁生参加制礼,使古礼因素得以挖掘。After the end of Chu-Han War,Liu Bang had became the true king of China,but the meritorious minister didn＇t realized this change,Shu Suntong formulated the court etiquette at appropriate time,propose the principle that＂ancient etiquette hybridity with Qin Dynasty etiquette＂,but because the lack of classical literature,inherit ancient etiquette became a difficult thing.Shu Suntong made the ancient etiquette excavated by recruited Lu Country＇s intellectual who retained Zhou Dynasty＇s etiquette to participate the formulation of etiquette.
