摘  要:以葡萄糖与三甲基氯硅烷为原料合成三甲基硅烷基葡萄糖苷(TSG),考察了TSG对膨润土线性膨胀率的影响,并通过泥球实验和防膨实验进一步考察了TSG对粘土水化膨胀、分散的抑制作用。实验结果表明:TSG具有较好的抑制粘土水化膨胀、分散的作用。在质量分数为10%的TSG水溶液中,膨润土的线性膨胀率仅为54.62%,防膨率为79.07%。在TSG水溶液中浸泡的泥球水化膨胀程度明显降低。室温下,TSG对水基钻井液有增粘作用,滤失量较基浆得到了一定的控制,且摩阻系数降低。Trimethylsilyl glucoside (TSG) was synthesized with glucose and chlorotrimethylsilane as raw materials. The influence of TSG on bentonite linear expansion rate was investigated, and the inhibition of TSG to clay swelling was exam- ined by the mud balls and anti - swelling experiments. The results showed that the TSG has a good inhibition to the hydra- tion swelling and dispersion of clay. The linear expansion rate of bentonite and the anti - swelling rate were only 54.62% and 79.07% respectively in a 10% concentration of TSG aqueous solution. The hydration expansion degree of the mud ball in the TSG solution was significantly reduced. At room temperature, viscosity of the water - based drilling fluid was in- creased, the filter loss was lower than the base slurry, and friction coefficient was reduced after adding TSG.
