摘　　要：近年来,图书行业的大量退货严重制约着图书公司的效益.本文以安徽振兴图书公司的相关数据为研究对象,首先运用层次分析法对安徽振兴图书公司图书退货处理效率影响因素进行具体分析,在结论的基础之上采用二次分类法对于该公司的退书上架作业效率提出了提升方案.由于图书行业的行业特征明显,管理方法相近,所以希望通过此例的实证研究,从技术层面对于国内整个图书行业的此类问题提供借鉴和参考.In recent years,the large amount of return in the book industry has seriously restricted the benefit of book companies.By taking the relevant data of Anhui Zhenxing Book Company as the object of study,this paper firstly attempts to carry out detailed analysis for the influential factors of book return handling efficiency by using AHP.On the basis of the summary,the secondary classification method is adopted improving schemes of raising the operation efficiency was proposed.Due to the distinct features of book industry,the management approaches are similar.The empirical study on this case,may provide a reference for entire domestic book industry from the perspective of technical level.
