摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式负压引流技术（VSD）在儿童四肢复杂创伤患者中的应用。方法根据19例患儿四肢创面复杂、污染严重的特点,一期均选用VSD吸引5～10d,创面清洁后给予植皮或皮耐克修复创面;观察该组患者的住院时间、临床症状及预后情况。结果 19例病例创面均愈合,无一例伤口感染,预后情况较好,仅有2例患者预后出现异常情况,其余患者预后情况较好,且在治疗期间未出现不良事件。结论 VSD结合皮耐克或植皮在儿童四肢复杂创伤中有较好的临床效果,明显减少了换药次数,缩短了病程,可进一步提高患者生存质量,患儿及其家属满意程度较高,具有突出的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To summarize the application of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）in treatment of 19children with complex extremities trauma of skin avulsion injuries of limbs and open fractures.Methods According to the severity of complexity and contamination of wound surface of limbs,VSD suction was performed in 19children for 5-10d,and skin grafting or Nike wound repair were performed after cleaning the wound.Hospitalization time,clinical symptoms and prognosis were observed.Results Wounds of all of the 19cases were healed.No case of wound infection was found.The prognosis was fine.Only 2patients were with abnormal prognosis.No adverse events occurred during treatment.Conclusion Application of VSD combined with skin graft or Nike could be with fine clinical effects for treatment of complex extremities trauma in children,could significantly reduce the number of change of dressing,shorten course of disease,improve the quality of life and satisfactory degree of patients and their family members,which might be worthy of promotion.
