独活寄生汤干预骨关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的机制

摘　　要：骨关节炎的病因病机不清,软骨退变是骨关节炎的主要病理改变,而细胞凋亡在软骨退变过程中发挥重要作用。线粒体凋亡、内质网应激性凋亡、细胞自噬在骨关节炎的发病过程中发挥重要的调控作用。目前,骨关节炎主要对症治疗为主,中医药在治疗骨关节炎有着独特的优势,独活寄生汤长期应用临床,效果良好,但作用机制及药效物质基础有待于深入研究,故文章从线粒体凋亡、内质网应激性凋亡、细胞自噬方面探讨独活寄生汤干预骨关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的可能作用机制。The etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis are not clear, but the main pathological change in osteoarthritis is cartilage degeneration, in the process of which chondrocyte apoptosis plays an important role. Mitochondrial apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum stress apoptosis and autophagy plays a major role in the regulation the onset of osteoarthritis. At present, the symptomatic treatment is the main therapy of osteoarthritis. There is a unique advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis. The long-term clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is good in the treatment of osteoarthritis, but the mechanism and pharmacodynamic material basis should be further studied. So, the possible mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction intervention on chondrocyte apoptosis of osteoarthritis was discussed in this paper from mitochondrial apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum stress apoptosis and autophagy.
