刘尚义教授中医外科疑难重症论治验案6则

摘　　要：刘尚义教授有丰富的临床经验,擅治中医外科疑难重症,强调外科内治,亦善用外治法,其用药独具特色:一是喜用介贝矿石类药物,如石决明、珍珠母;二是巧用风类药物,如羌活、防风;三是佐以血类药物,如当归、川芎;四是酌用虫类药物,如蝉蜕、蜈蚣;五是慎用有毒类药物,如水银、朱砂、雄黄。笔者采撷刘尚义教授中医外科验案6则,即乳漏、油风、白疕、天疱疮、蛇串疮、臁疮等,疗效奇特,以兹共飨。Professor LIU Shang-yi has rich clinical experience in treatment of dubious and acute diseases in surgery of TCM. Professor LIU emphasises on using internal treatment to treat surgical disease, and he is also good at external therapy. His medication features are as follows. Firstly, he prefers to use shell and mineral drugs, such as abalone and nacre; Secondly, he is good at using drugs with the effect of expelling wind, such as notopterygium root and ledebouriella root; Thirdly, he uses drugswith the effect of activate blood as assist, such as Chinese angelica root and rhizome of Sichuan lovage rhizome; Fourthly, he uses insect drugs deliberately, such as cicada skin and centipede; Fifth, he uses toxic drugs prudently, such as mercury, cinnabar and realgar. This paper chose 6 proven cases of professor LIU as an example for readers, such as breastfistula, alopecia areata, psoriasis, pemphigus, zoster and chronic ulcer of the shank.
