尤昭玲教授辨治不孕症“病、证、期、时”模式浅析

摘　　要：尤昭玲教授诊治不孕症数十年,形成了独具特色、具备时空思维特征的"病、证、期、时"诊疗模式。文章阐释此模式的形成渊源及时空特征,并总结其丰富的临床应用经验。诊断上病证结合,以西医辨病为纲,四诊合参中医辨证为目;治疗上采取分期论治,标本兼治,在月经期治疗原发痼疾或病证,以改善着床环境;卵泡期养泡助膜,改善卵巢功能;并择时用药,药膳兼施以助孕。此模式验之临床每获良效,值得推广。In the decades of clinical treatment of infertility, professor YOU Zhao-ling has formed a unique ‘diseases, syndromes, stages and time＇ diagnosis model with time and space characteristics. In this paper, the formation of origin and spatialtemporal characteristics of this model was elucidated, and rich clinical experience of professor YOU was summarized. Professor YOU took dif erentiation of disease with western medicine as the outline and the TCM dif erentiation with synthesis of the four diagnostic methods as the detailed regulations when diagnosed. Stages dif erentiation and seek both temporary and permanent solutions were adopted by professor YOU. She also advocated that cure the primary disease in the menstrual period to improve the implantation environment and nourishing ovarian follicles and endometrial in the follicular phase to improve ovarian function. In order to help pregnant the time-selecting TCM treatment and herbal cuisine should be adopted. This pattern had obtained good curative effect in clinical practices and was worth spreading.
