摘 要:目的:观察五子降糖方对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和C-肽(C-P)的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:高脂喂养联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为模型组,二甲双胍组,五子降糖方低、中、高剂量组,另设正常组。正常组及模型组灌胃纯净水;其他各组大鼠分别灌胃相应药物,干预6周。检测大鼠灌胃前、2、4、6周FBG及2hPG水平;6周后处死大鼠,检测血清SOD、MDA、hsCRP、C-P水平。结果:模型组大鼠FBG及2hPG、MDA、hsCRP水平升高,SOD、C-P水平降低(P<0.01);五子降糖方降低T2DM大鼠FBG及2hPG、MDA水平,提高SOD、C-P水平,其中该方中剂量明显降低hsCRP水平(P<0.01)。结论:五子降糖方可降低T2DM大鼠FBG及2hPG水平,其作用机制可能与抗氧化、抗炎及改善胰岛β细胞功能有关。objective: To observe the effect of Wuzi Hypoglycemic Recipe on fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG), serum SOD, MDA, hsCRP and C-peptide(C-P) in T2DM model rats, and to discuss its action mechanisms. Methods: T2DM model rats were established by high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ). And the rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, Wuzi Hypoglycemic groups with high, medium and low dose respectively, normal group. The normal group and model group were administered intragastrically with purii ed water. Other groups were administered intragastrically with corresponding drugs for 6 weeks. The levels of FBG and 2hPBG were detected at the beginning of treatment, and at the ends of the 2nd, 4th and 6th week. The rats were sacrii ced after 6 weeks. The level of SOD, MDA, hsCRP and C-P were detected. Results: The levels of FBG, 2hPBG, MDA and hsCRP increased, while the levels of SOD and C-P decreased in model group(P〈0.01); the levels of FBG, 2hPBG and MDA decreased, while the levels of SOD and C-P increased in Wuzi Hypoglycemic groups. The level of hsCRP of T2DM rat was decreased obviously in Wuzi Hypoglycemic Recipe group of medium dose(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Wuzi Hypoglycemic Recipe can decrease the levels of FBG and 2hPBG in T2DM rats, which may be related to oxidative stress state improvement, inl ammation reaction regulation and the functional improvement of β islet cells.
