健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:收集2011年3月至2012年3月中国中医科学院广安门医院脾胃病科门诊收治的脾胃虚弱型CAG患者40例,予以健脾通络汤治疗。患者每2周复诊1次,并填写临床症状分级积分表,12周后行胃镜检查。结果:健脾通络汤对脾胃虚弱型CAG具有明显的疗效,其痊愈率为8.57%,显效率为25.71%,有效率为57.14%,症状疗效总有效率为91.43%;治疗后萎缩、活动性病理积分显著性下降(P<0.01),其病理痊愈率为43.33%,显效率为23.33%,有效率为16.67%,总有效率为83.33%。结论:健脾通络汤对于脾胃虚弱型CAG有很好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongluo Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） with the type of weakness of the spleen and stomach. Methods： 40 patients with CAG with the type of weakness of the spleenand stomach were collected in March 2011 to March 2012 from department of gastroenterology of Guang＇anmen Hospital and treated with Jianpi Tongluo Decoction. Patientsfilled in the clinical symptom classii cation list on the every return visit that was conducted twice a week. The patients had the gastroscopy after 12 weeks. Results： There was obvious clinical ef ect for Jianpi Tongluo Decoction to treat CAG with the type of weakness of the spleen and stomach. The cure rate was 8.57%, the markedly ef ective rate was 25.71%, the ef ective rate was 57.14%, and the total ef ective rate of symptom curative ef ect was 91.43%. After treatment, pathological integral of atrophy and activity was signii cantly decreased（P0.01）, and its pathological cure rate was 43.33%, the markedly ef ective rate was 23.33%, the ef ective rate was 16.67%, and the total ef ective rate was 83.33%. Conclusion： Jianpi Tongluo Decoction has a satisfactory clinical curative ef ect on CAG with the type of weakness of the spleen and stomach.
