摘 要:为了分析不同光源对固始白鹅种蛋质量的影响,分别用白炽灯和荧光灯作为光源对两栋鹅舍的固始白鹅进行人工补充光照,研究不同光源处理下种鹅蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度(钝端、中间、锐端)、蛋形指数和种蛋受精率等指标变化。结果表明:用白炽灯和荧光灯作为光源,种蛋各项指标均有不同程度的差异,但蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数之间差异不显著(P>0.05);种蛋受精率荧光灯组平均为80.94%,白炽灯组平均为70.43%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。表明用荧光灯作为补充光源,能显著提高固始白鹅种蛋受精率。To investigate the effect of different light resources on Gushi white goose eggs quality, in- candescent lamp and fluorescent lamp were used as artificial supplement to two houses of Gushi white goose respectively. Goose eggshell weight, eggshell thickness (blunt end, intermediate, sharp end), egg shape index and egg fertilization rate and other indicators were observed and the results showed that: eggs indicators varied after use of incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp as the light source, with insignificant differences revealed among indices of egg weight, eggshell thickness and egg shape index (P〉0.05)for egg fertilization, those receiving fluorescent lamp light averaged a rate of 80.94%, those receiving incan- descent lamp averaged 70.43 %, revealing significant difference (P〈0.05). The results concluded that the fluorescent lamp as the supplementary light sourcecan significantly improve the Gushi white goose egg fer- tilization rate.
