摘  要:生物统计课程是概率论和数理统计的原理在生命科学中的应用,揭示生命科学中随机现象的规律性。"样本推断总体"是课程的核心,"参数和统计量"是其两个基本点,"统计量和概率分布的关系"是统计分析的主线,"各种假设检验"是主线上的运输工具。围绕统计课程内容采用多种授课方式,其中微机室授课能够充分发挥学生学习主动性,教学效果显著提高。The course of Biostatistics is about the application of the theory of Probability and Mathe- matical Statistics in Life Science and discovery of the regularities of random phenomena. The core of the curriculum lies in inferring the general situation by examining the samples in which parameter and statistics are the two key points. The mainline is the correlation between statistics and the distribution of probabili- ty, and the hypothesis tests are the vehicles on the line. Many teaching methods are applied in the biosta- tistics class. Teaching in computer room enables students to study actively and learn effectively.
