摘 要:文章重点围绕交通基础设施建设、公路运输市场发展、城乡交通一体化等方面,提出加大节能减排工作力度,提高了公路运输和公路建设能源利用效率,促进了我国交通运输行业节能减排工作的顺利进行,节能工作取得了显著成效。In order to achieve a fundamental change in the development of transportation, energy-saving and emission-reduction has been highly valued by transportation industry, with the focus on increasing ef-forts for the transportation infrastructure, the development of highway transportation market, and the inte-gration of urban and rural transportation , so that not only the highway transportation and highway con-struction energy efficiency are improved, but also energy-saving and emission-reduction work in our trans-portation industry can be going well. Thus remarkable progress is acquired in energy-saving and emission-re-duction .
