综合性医院传染病防控现况及医院感染控制调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查并研究综合性医院防控传染病和控制感染的现况,提出有效建议。方法随机选取宁波市综合性医院106所,对其开展问卷调查,内容包括监督管理、人员分工和预警机制等。统计调查数据,分析它们传染病防控和感染控制方法及现状。结果 106所医院中101所医院贯彻施行国家颁布的《传染病防治法》,另5所医院在监督管理和保障措施方面有明显漏洞。监督管理高效者仅有37所,约占34.91%。药品管理高效及有效者共有97所,约占91.51%。预警机制高效者高达21所,约占19.81%。结论综合性医院传染病防控及医院感染现状大体良好,符合国家标准。然而,诸如预警机制、监督管理等细节方面仍有诸多弊病,亟待改进。Objective To investigate and research the current situation of preventing and controlling infectious disease and infection in comprehensive hospital, to provide effective proposals. Methods 106 hospitals comprehensive hospitals in Ningbo city were selected and randomly and investigated them by means of questionnaire, which included supervision and management, personnel division and warning mechanism. The investigation data were counted, and the methods and current situations of preventing and controlling infectious disease and infection were analyzed. Results Among 106hospitals, 101 hospitals carried out the law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases published by national,the other 5 hospitals had obvious shortcomings on supervising and managing and supporting measure. There were only37 hospitals are highly effective in supervision and management, which was about 34.91% in total. 97 hospitals were effective in drugs management, which was 91.51% in total. 21 hospitals were invalid in warning mechanism, which was19.81% in total. Conclusion The general situation of prevention and control of infectious diseases and infection is favorable and conforms to national standard. However, many details need to be promoted urgently, such as warning mechanism and supervising and managing.
