中医药促进创面愈合机制研究进展

摘　　要：创面愈合是一个有许多因素参与调控的复杂过程,中医药在促进创面愈合方面有良好的疗效,目前对其作用机制的研究取得了一定进展。本文从促进肉芽组织形成、增加创面胶原产生、调节创面免疫功能和促进创面生长因子表达等方面综述了近年中医药促进创面愈合机制的研究进展,并简要小结了存在的问题和进一步研究的方向。The wound healing is a complex process under the regulation of many factors. Traditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect on promoting wound healing. The current study on its mechanism of action has made some progress. This article reviews the recent research progress of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to promote wound healing from promoting granulation tissue formation, increasing wound collagen production,regulating the immune function of wounds, promoting wound growth factor expression, etc., and summarizes the exist-ing problems and directions for further research.
