血液净化治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒的效果及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨血液净化治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒的疗效与护理体会。方法对照组29例常规解毒治疗，观察组30例在此基础上进行血液净化治疗，对比2组患者的昏迷时间、治愈率、阿托品总用量、治愈者住院天数等疗效指标及护理体会。结果观察组昏迷时间显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组在阿托品用量及住院天数上无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论血液净化治疗重症有机磷农药中毒有效、安全，能明显提高治愈率，科学的生命体征护理、良好的血液净化血管通路维护、保持体外循环通畅及机器运转是血液净化治疗成功的可靠保证。Objective Objective To observe the effect blood purification therapy for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and to discuss related nursing experience. Methods 29 patients in control group were treated with regular detoxification, 30 patients in treatment group were treated with extra blood purification. Comparison were made on coma duration, recovery rate, to- tal dosage of atropine, average days of hospital stays and related nursing experience between two groups. Results The coma duration was significantly shorter and the recovery rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference on total dosage of atropine and average hospital stays between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Blood purification is potential to improve the recovery rate of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poison- ing. Establishing good vascular access and maintaining extracorporeal circulation are fundamental to successful blood purification
