小儿麻醉术前心理护理干预的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对减少患儿手术前麻醉恐惧心理的应用效果。方法选择2011年12月-2012年12月进行手术的患儿120例，随机分为对照组和试验组各60例，实验组术前给予心里治疗，对照组不做干预，对比分析患儿麻醉前表现。结果实验组患儿护理有效率高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理人员应加强对患儿心理的干预，鼓励其消除紧张情绪，帮助患儿顺利度过麻醉和手术过程。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of psychological nursing intervention on reducing fear before pediatric anesthesia. Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into study and controlled group. Intensive psychological nursing care was given in study group, differ- ence on performance of patients before pediatric anesthesia were compared between two groups. Results The effectiveness rate of nursing in study group was higher than controlled group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing care is effective to release anxiety and fear before pediatric anesthesia.
