柞蚕雄蛾对大鼠的生长和代谢影响试验研究

摘　　要：按AOAC方案进行柞蚕雄蛾的大鼠喂养试验,观察大鼠的体重变化,调查饲料利用率和大鼠内脏器官增重情况。结果表明:大鼠个体及肺、脾脏增重不及络蛋白组和鸡蛋粉组,但肾脏和睾丸增重明显。Based on the AOAC plan ,the rats were fed with male tussah moths to observe the weight variation of rats and investigate the feed application efficiency and the weight gain of internal organs .The results show that the weight gain of rats’lung and spleen was insignificant compared with which fed with casein and egg powder , but the weight gain of kidney and testis significantly increased than the other two groups .
