济三煤矿岩巷快速掘进机械化设备配套及工艺的改进与实践

摘　　要：济三煤矿为解决岩巷普掘施工单进低的问题,先后改进应用了三种岩巷快速掘进机械化设备配套方式及施工工艺,加工安装配套设施,应用多向聚能切割高效爆破破岩技术,分析了设备配套的优缺点及适用条件,2013年该作业线平均单进122.2m,最高单进162m。In order to solve the blasting footage slow on Jining III coal mine roadway of rock,Has improved three kinds of rapid excavation mechanization equipment and technology,Has been processed and installed facilities,Has been applied more cumulative cutting efficient blasting technology,Has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of equipment,And has analyzed the application conditions of equipment; In 2013,the general excavation line has made the average drifting footage of 122. 2 meters and the highest monthly footage of 162 meters。
