摘  要:用不同电场条件对柠条种子处理不同时间,实验表明,不同电场处理条件对种子的发芽势和发芽率产生不同程度的影响.电场的作用既可促进种子萌发,也可抑制种子的萌发.结果显示,在相同电场频率和电场强度范围内,长时间处理不利于加速种子的萌发.经恰当电场处理后的柠条种子,与对照组比较,在干旱胁迫下萌发种子的MDA含量变小,SOD和POD活性增加.电场处理种子具有增强柠条种子萌发期和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫耐受性的作用.Caragana korshinskii seeds are exposed in different conditions of electric fields for different times.The results indicate that there are different effects under different treatment conditions on the germination potential and germination rate of the seeds.The electric field can promote seed germination,also restrain seed germination.The result also shows that the long-time treatment is not proper to promote seed germination at the same range of frequency and electric field strength.When the seeds are treated by appropriate electric field,compared with the control group,the MDA content of germinating seeds becomes smaller under drought stress,the SOD and POD activity increases.The electric treatment could be used to enhance the germination and seedling growth of Caragana korshinskii seeds to tolerate drought stress.
