摘  要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、马来酸二乙二醇单甲醚酯(MADM)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)和链转移剂甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)作用下,直接聚合制得既减水又保坍的复合型聚羧酸减水剂,探讨了反应温度、滴加工艺、聚醚大单体用量、引发剂用量、酯基改性单体用量和MAS用量对减水剂分散性和保塑性的影响。结果表明,制备复合型聚羧酸减水剂较适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度65℃,AA滴定时间2.0h,TPEG用量0.073mol,APS用量为TPEG质量的0.65%,n(MADM)∶n(AA)=1.25,MAS用量为TPEG质量的1.9%。A new polycarboxylic water reducing agent which has the properties of high water-reducing and highly slump retaining ability was directly polymerized using TPEG,MADM and AA as monomers,ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator and sodium methallyl sulfonate(MAS) as chain transfer agent. The influence of reaction temperature,addition process,macromer dosage,initiator dosage and chain transfer agent dosage on dispersion property and fluidity-retaining ability of polymerization product was studied. The result shows that the appropriate process conditions for composite polycarboxylic water reducing agent are:reaction temperature of 65 ℃,AA adding time of 2.0 h,TPEG dosage of 0.073 mol,APS dosage of 0.65% of the TPEG mass,n(MADM)∶n(AA)=1.25,and MAS dosage of 1.9% of the TPEG mass.
