摘　　要：文章根据2014年中国心力衰竭诊断及治疗指南内容,结合近几年国内外循证医学的新证据,对心衰非药物治疗主要包括心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)和埋藏式除颤器(ICD)的临床应用适应证和处理要点进行简要概括。According to the Chinese heart failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines in 2014,the new evidence combination of home and abroad in the recent years of evidence based medicine for heart failure,non drug therapy,including cardiac re synchronization therapy（CRT）and implantable cardioverter defibrillator（ICD）clinical indications and treatment were briefly summarized.
