摘 要:采用溶液法制备一维超长酞菁氧钛(TiOPc)微米线。选取4种不同溶剂制得微米线,其光学显微结果表明乙醇是最适合生长TiOPc微米线的溶剂。改变TiOPc/乙醇溶液浓度,研究溶液浓度对微米线长度的影响。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对TiOPc微米线进行测试分析,结果表明,TiOPc微米线的宽长比最小可以达到10-2。在此基础上制得了有机薄膜晶体管,其表现出明显的P沟道特性。One-dimensional ultralong titanyl phthalocyanine sub-micron wires have been synthesized by solution method.The optical micrographs of TiOPc sub-micron wires prepared by different solvents indicated that alcoholic solvents were in favour of getting long TiOPc wires.Meanwhile,change of mass concentration had a great influence on the length of nanowire in the solution.The TiOPc sub-micron wires were determined by atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that aspect ratio of the wires could reach 100.Organic transistors based on these wires were fabricated and showed typical p-channel characteristics.
