摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,三嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了介孔TiO_2。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及比表面积和孔隙度分析仪(BET),对样品进行表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟废水对自制催化剂的光催化性能进行考察,从它的降解情况可知煅烧温度是影响催化性能的重要因素当煅烧温度为500℃、催化剂投加量为1 g/L、双氧水的投加量为30mg/L、制革废水的pH值为2.5且COD为170mg/L时,经太阳光照射2d后,废水变为澄清、无色。Mesoporous TiO2 were synthesized via a sol - gel route using tetra - n - butyl titanate as precursor and PEO - PPO -PEO triblock copolymer as template. The products were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy, X -Ray Diffraction and BET surface area measuremenL Methyl blue solution was used as simulated wastewater to test the photocatalytic performance of the as - prepared samples. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue reveals that calcination temperature is a important factor which affecting the catalyst property. The photocatalytic degradation of tannery wastewater indi- cates that the wastewater turns into colorless when the calcination temperature is 500℃, the dosage of catalyst is 1 g/L, the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 30mg/L, pH of wastewater is 2. 5 and radiation time by sunlight is two days, while the COD of wastewater changes from 170mg/L to 96mg/L.
