摘 要:研究了非定岛型超细纤维合成革的结构与染色性能的相关性研究结果表明,该超细纤维合成革由具有立体三维交织结构的超细纤维(PA6)非织造布和具有微孔结构的聚氨酯(PU)填充体复合而成染色试验结果表明:利用金属络合染料染色,PA6超细纤维的染色深度和牢度明显高于PU填充体,这是导致非定岛型超细纤维合成革染色不均匀和染色牢度不足的主要原因。通常情况下,经过染色后的超细纤维束能够得到进一步的松散,有助于提高超细纤维合成革的柔软度。The correlation between structure and dyeing properties of non - fixed - island microfiber synthetic leather was stud- ied. The results show that this kind of microfiber synthetic leather is composited by PA6 microfiber nonwovens with three - dimen- sional structure and PU filling body with microporous structure. Dyeing experiments results show that the dyeing depth and color fastness of PA6 microfiber are significantly higher than those of PU filling body after using metal complex dyes, which is the main reason of uneven dyeing and insufficient color fastness in non - fixed - island microfiber synthetic leather. In general, the microfihers bundles can be further loose, contribute tO improve softness of the microfiber synthetic leather and get a better hand feeling after dyeing.
