小儿支原体肺炎的中医治疗

摘　　要：中医认为,小儿支原体肺炎病理因素不外热、痰、瘀、燥四端,温热之邪致病,直接灼伤肺津,治以清热解毒之法;痰邪致病,多因肺气失宣,炼液为痰,瘀滞脉络所致,治疗以化痰通络及清泻肺热为主;肺气闭塞,血行不畅则血瘀,痰热瘀互结成病,可予活血化瘀类中药;燥邪袭肺治以滋肺阴之法。亦有脏腑论治法,在脾可益气健脾、化痰止咳,以期"培土生金"之效;在肝则防木火刑金,风火相扇为患,重在调肝理肺。另外,针灸疗法、拔罐疗法、贴敷疗法亦可收到满意疗效。中医以人为本、标本兼治,其优势在于能够多靶点认识疾病的病因病机,"因质制宜",处方用药各有偏重。或通过饮食调适,激发人体自身能力,主动适应生存环境。Chinese medicine theory believes that pathological factors of mycoplasma pneumonia nothing more than heat,phlegm,blood stasis and dry. Warm evil directly burns lung fluid,to treat with the law of clearing away the heat and toxic materials. Phlegm evil lead to disease usually caused by lung failure declared,refining liquid as phlegm and stasis in veins,which therapy should remove the phlegm,regular the meridians and clear the heat in lung. Lung obstruction,influent blood leat to blood stasis,phlegm stasis mutual form disease,which can be treat with Chinese traditional medicine for activating blood circulation; Dryness attack the lungs to nourishing Yin rule of law. There is also has law of organs such as gain Qi to strong the spleen and eliminating phlegm or cough in spleen,to meet the effect of＂earth into gold＂. In liver should prevent the fire of wood stake gold in nature,wind and fire combine with each other,focusing adjust liver and regular lung. In addition,acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping therapy,patching therapy also received satisfactory effect. TCM based on people,treat both the outward symptoms and root causes of an illness. The advantage is the ability to multi-target understanding the pathogenesis of disease,and prescript drugs have their own emphasis according to different physiques,＂Adjust measures to human conditions＂,or through diet adapted to stimulate the body＇s own ability to take the initiative to adapt living environment.
