五音辨证配合归脾安寐汤治疗心脾两虚型不寐证

摘　　要：目的观察五音辨证配合归脾安寐汤治疗心脾两虚型不寐证的临床疗效。方法从长春中医药大学附属医院睡眠治疗中心门诊随机选取心脾两虚型不寐证患者60例,其中综合治疗组30例给予音乐治疗仪及归脾安寐汤治疗(黄芪、龙眼肉、夜交藤、人参等,2次/d,口服),中药治疗组30例给予单纯归脾安寐汤治疗(用法、用量同上),观察2组总有效率、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和爱普沃斯困倦等级(epworth sleepiness scale,ESS)等疗效指标变化。结果综合治疗组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),中药治疗组总有效率为83.3%(25/30),2组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后PSQI和ESS评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);综合治疗组失眠改善情况优于中药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论归脾安寐汤通过补益心脾,五音疗法通过"共振学说",共同影响人体心理、内分泌、睡眠等方面而达到治疗效果。Objective Observe the curative effect of five notes syndrome differentiation cooperate Guipanmei Decoction treatment on the heart-spleen deficiency insomnia. Methods Sixty patients with the heart-spleen deficiency insomnia from sleep treatment center of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Comprehensive Treatment（ CT） group and Guipianmei Decoction treatment（ GDT） group. Thirty patients included in CT group were given five notes syndrome differentiation cooperate GD treatment（ Astragalus mongholicus,Arillus longanae,caulis polygoni multiflori,ginseng,ect,bid,po）,GDT group were given single Guipianmei Decoction treatment. By contrast the total efficacy and the curative effect indexes PSQI and ESS to observe the efficacy of these two groups. Results The total efficacy of CT group and GDT group were 93. 3% and 83. 3% respectively.There was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The PSQI and ESS were remarkably improved than before treatment in CT group and GDT group.（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. The efficacy of CT group was better than the GDT group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion GD by invigorating heart and spleen,the five notes therapy through the ‘resonance theory＇,affect human psychological,endocrine,sleep and other aspects to achieve therapeutic effect.
