摘　　要：目的观察养胞汤治疗II型无排卵性不孕的临床疗效。方法将90例Ⅱ型无排卵性不孕症患者随机分为中药组、西药组和中西药结合组3组,分别应用养胞汤、克罗米芬片、养胞汤加克罗米芬片治疗,观察治疗后子宫内膜厚度、形态、尿LH阳性率、血孕酮水平、受孕月卵泡大小、受孕率。结果中药组和中西医结合组的患者子宫内膜厚度和形态较西药组有明显改善(P<0.05);孕酮和尿黄体生成素(LH)的阳性例数,中西药结合组明显优于其他2组(P<0.05);受孕月(或研究结束月)卵泡长、宽,3组具有统计学意义(P<0.01);中西医结合组受孕成功率明显高于中药组和西药组(P<0.01)。结论养胞汤可改善克罗米芬的抗雌激素样作用,增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜形态,促进卵泡发育,从而提高妊娠率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangbao Decoction therapy for the type II anovulatory infertility. Methods 90 patients with the type II anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into groups of Traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine group and mixed group,which were taken Yangbao Decoction,clomiphene citrate tablets,or the mixed. After treatment,observed of endometrial thickness,shape,urinary LH-positive rate,blood levels of progesterone,follicle size of the pregnancy month,the pregnancy rate. Results The patients were treated by Traditional Chinese medicine and Mixed group whose endometrial thickness and morphology significantly improved compared with Western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）; progesterone and urine LH in positive cases,three groups were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）,The mixed group better than the other two groups; conceive month（ or the end of the study month） follicle length and width of the three groups with significant differences（ P〈0. 01）; The mixed group significantly higher pregnancy success rate than traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine group（ P≤0. 01）.Conclusion Yangbao Decoction can ameliorate the anti-estrogenic effects of clomiphene citrate,increase in endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology to improve and promote follicular development,thereby improving pregnancy.
