尿畅舒胶囊对卵巢切除后大鼠膀胱结构的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察尿畅舒胶囊对卵巢切除后大鼠膀胱结构的影响,探讨尿畅舒胶囊治疗绝经后膀胱过度活动症的机理。方法成年健康SD雌性大鼠30只,随机分为空白组、模型组及尿畅舒胶囊治疗组。摘除卵巢建立大鼠雌激素缺乏模型,灌胃给药4周后,取膀胱组织测定膀胱重量、膀胱壁厚度。结果模型组和治疗组大鼠膀胱重量为(42.63±5.91)mg、(51.37±3.53)mg;膀胱肌层厚度为(167.48±12.06)μm、(295.52±22.68)μm;膀胱黏膜厚度为(22.54±4.98)μm、(28.60±4.69)μm;2组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论尿畅舒胶囊可逆转雌激素缺乏导致的膀胱黏膜及平滑肌萎缩,促进逼尿肌增生,改善膀胱壁的结构。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Niao Changshu capsule in curing the overactive bladder that occurs in post-menopause,through observing the effect of Niao Changshu on the rat＇s bladder with bilateral ovariectomy. Methods 30 female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups： control,model and treated. After 4weeks,the weight and thickness of bladder were done. Results The weight and thickness of bladder between model and treated groups were：（ 42. 63 ± 5. 91） mg,（ 51. 37 ± 3. 53） mg;（ 167. 48 ± 12. 06） μm,（ 295. 52 ± 22. 68） μm;（ 22.54 ±4.98） μm,（ 28.60 ±4.69） μm. There was significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion The Niao Changshu capsule can change the ovariectomy rat urinary bladder by accelerating detrusor.
