摘　　要：中医药治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症有较好的临床疗效,并且从肾论治原发免疫性血小板减少症的理论研究、临床研究和实验研究方面都已取得丰硕成果。中医认为,原发免疫性血小板减少症以肾虚为本,瘀血、火热、风邪为标,临证时应辨证论治、病证结合方能获效。然补肾中药的作用机制尚待进一步研究。The therapeutic effect of ITP by traditional Chinese medicine is better. The theoretical research,clinical research and experimental research of treating ITP from the pattern identification have got great achievement. The root of this disease is kidney deficiency while the tip is static blood,heat and wind in traditional Chinese medicine theory.Therapeutic effects can be achieved by pattern identification and treatment,integrated disease and syndrome. Besides,the mechanism of kidney tonifying Chinese medicinal is still expecting further research.
