废纸脱墨浆染色的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了废纸脱墨浆手工染色实验,研究结果表明在浆料浓度3.8%,直接湖蓝与直接金黄的比例为3∶2、添加总量为0.5%时,即添加直接湖蓝染料量为绝干纤维的万分之三十,直接金黄为万分之二十时,所抄造的100g/m2的纸页L*、a*、b*值分别为:70.2、-9.1、-2.0,白度值为42.1%ISO,呈现绿色。当添加4%硫酸铝并增加碱性染料0.001%,其中碱性蓝与碱性黄比例为3∶2时,a*值从-9.1降为-9.7,绿色加深。This paper introduces the manual dyeing experiment of waste paper deinking pulp, the results show that the slurry consistency of 3.8% , direct blue and golden proportion of 3： 2, total dosage of 0. 5% , namely, direct blue dye on the absolute dry fiber by 30/10000, direct orange 20/10000, the L＊ , a＊ , b ＊ values of 100g/m2 paper sheet were ： 70.2, - 9. 1, - 2.0 respectiveey, the brightness was 42. 1% ISO, showing green color. As adding 4% aluminum sulfate and 0. 001% alkaline dye, the basic blue and yellow alkaline dyes＇ proportion of 3： 2, the value of a ＊ decreased from - 9. 1 to - 9. 7, the green color was deeper.
