民国文献新善本数字化保护的实践与探讨——以黑龙江省图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着年代的推移与纸张的老化,民国文献的保护迫在眉睫。为此,黑龙江省对馆藏民国文献进行了甄选,制定了新善本的保护方案,确定了新善本的收藏标准,提出将民国文献数字化以解决其藏用矛盾的工作方针,并对其数字化过程及数字化形式、选择标准进行了深入的研究和探讨,提出了分阶段实现民国文献新善本全文数字化的目标。With the elapse of time and the aging of paper, the protection of the ROC＇s literatures is imminent. Therefore, Heilongjiang Library has carried on the selection of the ROC＇s literatures in its collection, made the protection scheme of new rare books, determined the collection standard of the new rare books, carried on the thorough research and discussion on the digital process, digital form and selection criteria of ROC＇s literatures, and put forward the target of realizing in stages the full text digitalization of the new rare books of ROC＇ s literatures.
