摘　　要：以北京地区的高校图书馆用户为调研对象,全方位地采集了读者对图书馆资源和服务的需求、满意度及个人偏好等方面的信息,并通过对相关信息的分析和研究,总结出读者对图书馆资源和服务需求的新特点、新趋势,提出了相应的应对措施,为进一步完善网络环境下的读者服务工作提供了一定的依据。In this paper, university library users in Beijing as research objects. Readers demand for all-round collection of library resources and services, satisfaction and personal preferences and other information. And through the analysis of relevant information and research, summed readers new features, new trends of library resources and services needs. And Provide Some basis for the corresponding measures to further improve the Reader Service network environment.
