摘　　要：高校文化建设的重要组成部分是高校图书馆文化和校园文化的建设,二者是相互促进、共同提高的。分析了高校图书馆文化与校园文化的内涵以及图书馆文化与校园文化的关系,探讨了二者协调发展的方法及途径,提出了促进图书馆文化与校园文化互动发展的措施,包括完善藏书文化、深化信息素质教育、加强图书馆电子资源建设、提高馆员素质等。The construction of university library culture and campus culture is an important part of the construction of university culture, and both of the two are mutually promoted and commonly improved. This paper analyzes the connotations of university library culture and campus culture and the relationship between university library culture and campus culture, probes into the methods and paths for the harmonious development of university library culture and campus culture, and puts forward some measures for promoting the interactive development of university library culture and campus culture such as improving the books collection culture, deepening the information literacy education, enhancing the construction of e- resource system, and improving the quality of librarians, etc.
