摘　　要：阐述了知识资产管理产生的背景及发展现状,分析了基于知识资产管理的学科馆员服务的意义,指出应将知识资产管理的思想引入到图书馆的学科服务当中,把图书馆员和馆藏资源作为知识资产,探讨了在学科服务中实施知识资产管理的模式和途径。This paper expounds the background and development status of intellectual asset management, analyzes the significance of subject librarians＇ service based on intellectual asset management, points out that should introduce the idea of intellectual asset management into library＇ s subject service and regard the subject librarians and collection resources as intellectual assets, and probes into the modes and paths of implementing the intellectual asset management in subject service.
