摘　　要：图书管理的一项重要内容是建立最佳的藏书结构体系,而对馆藏文献状况及其利用情况进行分析与评价,可有效地指导馆藏建设和发展。利用图书自动化管理系统及常用办公统计软件,以翔实的入藏与流通数据为基础,通过分析馆藏比、流通比及需求比,可定性、定量地指导馆藏调整。One of the important contents of books management is to establish the best collection structure system, and the analysis and evaluation on the collection＇s status and utilization can effectively guide the library＇s collection construction and development.Using the library＇ s automatic management system and common office software, and based on detailed into collection and circulation data, and through the analysis of collection ratio, circulation ratio and demand ratio, the collection adjustment can be guided qualitatively and quantitatively.
