摘　　要：阐述了黑龙江东方学院图书馆办馆理念的内涵和实践,并以黑龙江东方学院图书馆为例,进一步探讨了民办高校图书馆在智能时代如何在先进办馆理念的指导下实现向智慧图书馆转型发展的问题。This paper expounds the connotation and practice of Heilongjiang Oriental College＇s library management concept, and taking the library of Heilongjiang Oriental College as an example, further probes into the problem of how the library of private college to realize the transformation development to the smart library in the smart era under the guidance of advanced library management concept.
