摘  要:多元多维指纹图谱是利用不同分析技术方法和同一分离方法的不同检测条件或不同检测原理获得中药立体多维空间指纹图谱的技术。能够反映化学组分多维全息特征,只有合理整合和有效挖掘才能从多侧面、整方位详细描述和准确表征中药全组分的含量分布状况。以中药标准制剂控制模式为基础的系统指纹定量法能整体、动态、有效地整合中药多元多维立体空间指纹图谱。指纹图谱不仅是多元的也是多维的,由此构成中药指纹大数据,进行合理有效地整合,才能形成正确评价中药真实质量的最佳方法,为中药工业质量控制提供又一新技术和行之有效的质控方法。Different analysis technologies to pose the multi-element fingerprints and the same separation method with different test conditions or different detection principles to pose the multi-dimensional fingerprints were used to form the technique of the stereo-spacing multi-dimensional fingerprints for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which can effectively reflect the multi-dimensional and holographic characteristics of chemicals in complete information. Only in a reasonable integration mode can the effective mining information from whole azimuth in multi-dimensional aspects overly display the reliable and accurate characteristics of TCM contents and all component distribution. Systematically quantified fingerprint method (SQFM) based on the control mode of TCM standard preparation, a greatly innovative method can dynamically and efficiently control the TCM quality. MEMD-TCM-FPs provide a new quality control technology for the TCM quality control.
