摘　　要：针对玻璃熔窑烟气脱硫、除尘及脱硝的迫切需求，研究成功将SCR脱硝工艺前端烟气调质与脱硫一体化处理，独具创新，成功改善烟气粘附性和腐蚀性，提高除尘效率的同时，降低硫氧化物排放；为后续脱硝系统的高效稳定运行，创造适宜的烟气条件。文中介绍的文丘里调质脱硫一体化装置，工艺可靠、技术可行、经济合理，值得推广应用。For the urgent requirement of glass furnace flue gas desulfurization, dust removal and the denitration, we integrate flue gas conditioning and desulfurization which are in front of SCR denitration process. It successfully improves the adhesion and corrosivity of flue gas, increases dedusting efficiency and decreases emission of sulfur oxide, which creates proper flue gas condition for the effective and stable running of subsequent SCR denitration system. In this paper, the inte- grated device of venturi conditioning and desulfurization has reliable process, feasible technology, economical efficiency, and is worthy of popularization and application.
