摘  要:本文在论述采用隐式方法进行铸件凝固进程数值模拟的基础上,编制了铸件凝固温度场三维数值模拟计算程序。通过理论计算和实测结果的比较,得出三维数值模拟计算具有较好的精确度。三维模拟计算与二维模拟计算的结果相比较说明,开发三维凝固温度场解析程序是十分必要的。最后,本文提出了在前人基础上继续探索更实用数值方法的重要性。同时指出热应力场的数值模拟是今后研究的发展方向。In this paper, the program for calculating three—dimensional temperature field of casting solidification was designed on the basis of the discussion of procedure that casting solidification was numerically calculated in implicit format. It has been verified that the calculation results of three—dimensional temperature field are very accurate by comparing the calculated and experimental results. The comparison results of the calculation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional temperature field of solidifiation indicate that it is very neccessary to put forward the program for calculating three—dimensional temperature field of casting solidification. At last, it is stated that it is very important to explore the effective numerical method for further actual application and that the numerical simulation of thermal stress field is the task coming up to us in the coming years.
