摘 要:文中在资源承载力、环境承载力和生态承载力等相关研究的基础上,提出基于"自然-生态-经济"复合系统的综合承载力概念,并构建相应的评价指标体系和模型。以常州金坛市为例,评价了县域范围内综合生态承载力的差异,并在此基础上提出生态经济分区方案,将金坛市划分为茅山生态保护与旅游发展区、中部传统产业整合与发展区、东部现代城市与产业发展区、南部水乡文化与旅游发展区四种类型的生态经济区,实施差异性的生态经济发展战略。Based on the evaluation of the influence of regional eco -environment on human activity, the goal of carry capacity study is to regulate human activity for sustainable development. The concept of comprehensive ecological carry capacity of Natural - Ecology - Economy composite system was put forward based on related studies on resource carrying capacity, environmental carrying capacity and ecological carry capacity, and the corresponding evaluation index system and model were established. With the case of Jintan county, Changzhou city, the difference of comprehensive ecological carrying capacity in the countywas analysed, and ecological economy zoning suggestion, was proposed, which were Western Maoshan ecological protection and tourism developing region, Central traditional industry integration and developing region, Eastern modern city and industry developing region, and Southern river culture and tourism developing region, among the four regions differential developing strategies would be implemented.
