铁水倒运多级网络监控系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：针对某炼钢厂的铁水倒运监控系统改造过程中出现的新旧设备通信协议不兼容、现场设备分散性强的问题,为了节约改造成本,提高系统的可靠性、实时性和生产安全性,提出一种采用Profibus、Modbus和Profinet工业以太网集成的多级网络监控系统。该系统通过多协议、多级网络集成的方法,解决带有不同协议接口的智能设备之间相互通信的问题,实现企业从现场设备控制层到管理层的无缝信息集成,并在此基础上,实现对生产过程的远程监控和现场监控功能。系统投入运行后,运行稳定可靠,并在一定程度上提高了铁水倒运系统的自动化水平。Aiming at the problems existing in the reforming process for the monitoring system of molten iron transport in certain iron ＆ steel works, e. g. , the incompatible of communication protocols in new and old equipment, and strong dispersibility of field devices, the multi-level network monitoring system integrated with Profibus, Modbus and Profinet industrial Ethernet is proposed. The inter-communication among intelligent equipment with different protocol interface is solved by the method of multi-protocol and multi-level network integration. On this basis, the remote monitoring and field monitoring for the production process are implemented. After the system being put into operation, the production is stable and reliable, and the automation level of the molten iron transport system is improved accordingly.
