摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机作为主反应器,对对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)溶液进料连续化生产工艺进行了探索.分析了TPC二次投料比、TPC质量分数、溶解温度、放置时间、主反应温度等因素对聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)聚合体比浓对数黏度的影响.同时研究了螺纹结构组合、螺杆的转速对停留时间和PPTA比浓对数黏度的影响.结果表明,TPC溶液进料法较易精确计量,并可以采用啮合同向旋转的双螺杆作为主反应器,连续化制备较高相对分子质量的PPTA.The twin-screw extruder was used as the main reactor to explore the continuous feed of terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) solution to prepare poly(para-phenyleneterephthalamide) (PPTA). The effect of residual ratio of TPC, mass fraction of TPC, dissolving temperature, depositing time, and temperature of the main reaction were analyzed on the inherent viscosity of PPTA. The effect of structure combination and speed of screw was analyzed on depositing time and the inherent viscosity of PPTA. The result showed that the rather high molecular weight of PPTA was attempted by the continuous feed of TPC solution which was easily gauged and the intermeshing co-rotating twin-screw extruder which was the main reactor.
