摘 要:为有效解决传统钢棒剪切技术中连切、端头油污、定尺精度低等问题,基于机电液一体化技术,提出PC钢棒凸轮摆杆定尺剪切系统设计方案,阐释凸轮摆杆剪切系统技术构成。运用机构学理论,提出共轭凸轮摆杆剪切机构,并对基于PLC控制的液压系统工作原理进行了研究,分析了剪切机构周期工作过程。结果表明:所设计的PC钢棒凸轮摆杆定尺剪切系统具有结构简单,剪切精度高的特性,可满足工程需求。In order to solve these problems of traditional steel rod shearing technology like continuous shearing,greasy dirt of ends and low sizing precision,the design scheme of oscillating sizing shear cam mechanism for PC steel rod based on mechanical-elec-tro hydraulic technology was presented. Technical composition of oscillating cam shearing system was explained. By using mechanism theory,the conjugated cam shearing mechanism was presented. The working principle of hydraulic system based on PLC control was re-searched,and cycle process of shearing mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the designed oscillating sizing shear cam mech-anism for PC steel rod has the characteristics of simple structure and high shearing precision,and it can fulfill the requirements of engi-neering.
