摘  要:定子衬套是决定海水泵寿命和效率的关键部件。为了分析新型双锥对置锥螺杆海水液压泵内压作用下非等厚定子受力状态和变形,利用有限元软件ANSYS-Workbench建立定子有限元模型和进行仿真研究,得出在均匀内压作用下定子的应力、应变云图和内轮廓变形量;分析非等厚定子衬套内腔轮廓线的变形规律,得出其法向和切向位移随内压力的变化曲线;对比研究非等厚定子不同截面处受力和变形规律。利用此规律可对新型海水泵进行优化设计,提高其工作效率。The stator is a key element to decide its life and efficiency. In order to study the deformation and stress on non-uni-form thickness stator of the new-type opposed biconical cone screw seawater hydraulic pump,which was under internal pressure,the a-nalysis model was established for the stator. The stress state and deformation regularity of the opposed biconical cone screw seawater hy-draulic pump stator were obtained by finite element analyzing software ANSYS-Workbench under internal pressure. The deformation principle of an inner contour line of the rubber was studied primarily and curves of the inner contour line normal and tangential dis-placement versus pressure were described. An analysis of non-uniform thickness at different sections of the stator stress state and de-formation was made. The regularity can be applied to optimize the design of the new-type seawater hydraulic pump and improve its working efficiency.
