摘　　要：嘉靖时期,我国的海上贸易逐渐兴盛,但海禁政策的施行严重阻碍了海上贸易的顺利进行。文章主要以王直为例,叙述了以王直为首的海商集团为求得一个稳定的海上贸易环境,同明王朝展开的反海禁斗争。这一时期,我国的沿海形势极为复杂,除了中国的海商集团外,还有倭寇、海盗及葡萄牙、西班牙等外国势力,使得海商集团的反海禁斗争也变得极为复杂。During the Jiajing period ,China’s maritime trade began to flourish ,but the ban on maritime trade policy implementation has seriously hindered the maritime trade smoothly .This paper takes WangZhi as an example ,the narrative to Wang straight led maritime group for a stable environment for the maritime trade ,anti prohibition against the Ming dynasty .During this period ,China’s coastal situation is extremely complex ,in addition to Chinese maritime group , and pirates ,pirates and Portugal ,Spain and other foreign powers ,the maritime group anti prohibition struggle will become extremely complex .
