摘  要:本研究在问卷调查和访谈的基础上了解政府资助经济困难家庭幼儿教育的情况,经济困难幼儿教育援助的形式及政府态度,并据此得出结论及建议:明确幼儿园的性质,完善以政府为主的成本分担模式;地方政府落实学前教育资助政策需要考核与扶持,建立体系化的政策群和资助体制;制定和实施"补偿方案",确保学前教育起点公平。Based on questionnaire survey and interviews ,this paper analyzes the latest development ,the forms and the government’s attitude toward the government-sponsored early childhood education for poor families .Hereby the following conclusions and suggestions are made:it is necessary to clarify the nature of nursery and perfect the cost sharing patterns in which the government plays a leading role;to effectively implement the policy of preschool education assistance , the local government strengthen its evaluation and support and establish a complete policy and assistance system ;effort should also be made to formulate and implement the“make-up policy” to ensure the fairness of preschool education .
