摘　　要：农村饮水安全工程建设不仅是"十二五"期间的重点任务之一,也是响应党的十八大号召,促进社会公平正义,推动建设更高水平的社会主义新农村和社会主义和谐社会的重要举措。农村饮水安全工程政策实施以来,已经在解决农村饮用水水量、水质和供水保证率等问题上发挥了显著作用,达到甚至超出了政策设计的预期效果,但在相关立法、工程运行经费保障以及工程技术援助方面还存在着不足,通过借鉴国外相关政策的成功经验,提出完善农村饮水安全工程相关政策的对策建议。The construction of rural drinking water safety project is one of the key tasks in China during the 'Twelfth Five-year Planning'period and also an important measure to promote the social justice and a higher level of new socialist countryside as well as a harmonious socialist society in response to the call o the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC. Since its implementation,the rural drinking water safety projec has played a significant role in solving the amount o drinking water,water quality and guarantee rate o water supply, satisfying or even surpassing the expected effects of policies. However,there are some deficiencies in the relevant legislation,guarantee o operating funds and technical assistance. Some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for improving the policies for the rural drinking water safety project by means of the successful internationa experience.
